Почему нельзя редактировать место?

сделал ошибку в названии места не могу отредактировать, пишет, невозможно изменить место. почему?

Click on the Organize tab, then click on your place in the Places table.

On the Place detail page you'll see an Edit link below the name, on that page you can rename it and move it if necessary.
